HIGHLANDER STUDIOS JOINS TENNESSEE RELEASE OF “UNSUNG HERO” WITH THE MOVIE’S TOP CREATIVE TEAM
The Highlander Studios team celebrated not only one but two families recently at the preview screening of “Unsung Hero." This film passionately champions the value of family, perseverance, and faith. It also highlights the endurance takes to pursue a dream against all odds and repeated setbacks along the way personally, relationally and professionally. Any creative with a fire in their hearts who’s felt compelled to pursue their dream and faced the hurdles will find themselves identifying with the struggle, heartache and sheer grit needed to keep going when all seems hopeless.
Kudos to Joel Smallbone, the film’s writer, co-director and star who spearheaded the story of the trials and adversities his musical family endured when moving from Sydney, Australia to Nashville, Tennessee in search of musical success, before finally finding stardom for their daughter, singer/songwriter Rebecca St. James and, later, the band “For King and Country.”
Bravo to Andy Erwin, film’s producer and co-founder of Kingdom Story Company, who was on hand with his parents, John and Sheila Erwin, to celebrate the launch of this inspiring true story of setbacks and grit, faith and family, breakthroughs and blessings. Great production values and a marvelous cast make this a must-see for family viewing.
This film has what it takes to become a beloved family classic among family friendly viewers for years to come.
